Acceptance

By using ZipCart, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and keep access to your account secure.

Orders and delivery

Orders are subject to product availability and delivery-zone coverage. Delivery times are estimates and can change because of demand, weather or other circumstances. An order may be cancelled if items become unavailable.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the local currency of the delivery zone: GBP for Gibraltar and EUR for La Línea. Displayed prices include applicable taxes. Stripe processes payments.

Cancellation and refunds

An order may be cancelled during the cancellation window shown at checkout. Cancellation is no longer available after a picker begins preparing the order. Approved cancellation refunds and promotional credits are added to the in-app store-credit wallet. Store credit may be used for future purchases and does not expire.

Service availability and liability

ZipCart is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. To the extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above identifies the version published here.
